How QwikChat connects
For WhatsApp, QwikChat uses the linked-device (multi-device) protocol — the same mechanism as WhatsApp Web — through an independent client. It is not Meta's official WhatsApp Business API or Cloud API. For Telegram, QwikChat uses Telegram's own official client API: QR login for user accounts, and a bot token for bots.
Use responsibly & at your own risk
You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's and Telegram's Terms of Service and applicable laws. Improper use — such as spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or messaging people who haven't consented — may cause WhatsApp or Telegram to restrict, ban, or delete your account. QwikChat is not liable for actions either platform takes against your account.
Your responsibility
Make sure you have the recipient's consent before messaging, honor opt-out requests, and follow anti-spam practices and each platform's policies. Use QwikChat only for legitimate, wanted communication.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The availability of WhatsApp and Telegram, and the continuity of the connections to them, are outside our control.
