Release notes

What's new

What changed, when, and who it is for. Newest first.

  1. Send times are picked now, not typed

The recurring form now has a time picker: add times one at a time, remove the wrong ones, and forget the "09:00, 17:30" format you used to have to remember. Schedules also run only on WhatsApp or Telegram (account) devices — the two channels that can actually send to a phone number.

  2. Recurring schedules now have a calendar view

The Calendar button on the Recurring page opens a whole month at once: which days your messages go out, at what time, and which schedule sends them. Paused schedules stay visible, just set apart.

  3. AI credits can top themselves up

Switch on auto top-up from the Billing page and set the threshold. When the balance falls below it the top-up invoice is raised by itself and the link is emailed to you — you still pay it; nothing is ever charged automatically.

  4. The partner programme has a page of its own

The referral commission has been running for a while but was only visible once you already had an account. There is now a shareable /mitra page — and if your device is on the free plan, your web widget's footer carries your referral code automatically.

  5. Promises and cancellations are heard

A customer saying "I'll transfer this afternoon" or "cancel it for now" is now recognised, and a customer coming back after a long gap is no longer treated as a stranger.

  6. Stopping the bot is the shop's decision

There is now a control to stop automatic replies on one conversation, and the inbox no longer piles up messages a person has already taken.

  7. A web device gets a chat page of its own

No website yet? Your chat can now live on a page we host at an address you choose — the same engine and the same transcript as the widget, and the two can run at once.

  8. A device can change channel

A device born on WhatsApp can now move to Telegram or the web, through a confirmation page that names exactly what is lost. Broadcast subscribers and slugs are kept, so switching back loses nothing.

  9. Talk to your device before your customers do

Test a new device with no customer involved — and every reply comes with the reason it answered that way, so you can see which part of its knowledge needs fixing.

  10. The bot finishes the sale, not just the question

Receipts, payment reminders, stock and variants, waybill numbers, invoices, recaps, quotations, reports and an insights assistant — all for a store, configured per store.
