Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using QwikChat, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
About the service
QwikChat is an independent tool for managing WhatsApp and Telegram messages. For WhatsApp it connects via the linked-device protocol (like WhatsApp Web); for Telegram, via Telegram's own official client API. QwikChat is not an official WhatsApp, Meta, or Telegram product — see our Disclaimer.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to send spam, illegal content, or messages without the recipient's consent, and to comply with WhatsApp's and Telegram's Terms of Service and applicable laws. Violations may lead to account restrictions by WhatsApp or Telegram, and suspension of your QwikChat account.
Plans & payments
Paid plans are billed through Xendit for the period you choose and may renew automatically. Prices may include applicable taxes. Completed payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; your account stays active until the end of the current period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, QwikChat is not liable for indirect damages, or for actions WhatsApp or Telegram take against your number or account.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
